Logistics experts deliver common services through civilian and military capabilities. This enables specialists to maintain control of all logistics operations required by mission support for mandate implementation. Logistics experts are adept at planning, coordinating and delivering common services. They are responsible for facilitating the streamlined delivery of services including equipment, supplies and personnel within and between field missions as well as managing budgetary resources.

The provision of logistics support in peace operations includes the following components: supply, rations for military personnel, engineering, contingent-owned equipment, property management, cartographic and medical support. Experts in these fields must be sufficiently flexible to adapt  to rapidly changing circumstances on the ground so that substantive operations are properly supported.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards,

Amanda Gehle (Ms.)
